And even a historical one of its kind - namely dish number two over the age of Distillers Braunstein.
We have created an uncompromising product created with a love for the good ingredients and an eye for how they can each move up a higher unity. Braunstein Whisky Edition No.. 2 is made from specially selected peat-smoked malt, which our brewer turns to the fragrant "herb", which contains the alcohol to be extracted in the distillation process.
As something special for Distillers Braunstein distilled to a single time in our combined column and pot still apparatus. It gives a very pure distillate with a delicate character of fruit, malt, peat and smoke. It already enjoy quiet drink diluted gently with spring water to an alcoholic strength of 63.4%, giving the ideal conditions to attract the best flavors out of the wooden bowls, where to spend the next year.

Slowly will fadets flavorings of chocolate, vanilla and dried fruit caress alcohol and a marked whiskey will evolve. Alcohol conceals in its first flavor notes smoke. Warm whiskey into the glass and it will still unfold. When the first drops frames palate enter the smoke in character. The aftertaste is long, sharp and entirely his own. This is a whiskey which reminds of the sea and the open skies.
Dish was hand drawn on Thursday 19th December 2007 and will store in the distillery premises at Køge Harbour, where the natural surroundings will also make their subtle fingerprints of whiskey over the years until it is ready to come in bottles. Whiskey bottled in a very limited number of bottles or in other words, a "once in a lifetime" experience.
Braunstein Edition No.. 2 is the second in a series of a series of different whiskeys from Distillers Braunstein, who will come on the market in coming years.
