Næsgaarden Snaps 'and' Næsgaarden Bitter
'Næsgaarden Snaps' and 'Næsgaarden Bitter' is the award winning organic produce fostered at mikrodestilleriet at Braunstein. Kryddersnaps from Braunstein is fundamentally different from ordinary Danish brandy production. Normally used only neutral spirits for schnapps. At mikrodestilleriet at Køge Harbour emphasis is instead given to that you can taste very good raw material, malt of good quality as the distilling of. It gives a clear fresh fruit flavor, and produces an exclusive basis for a fine brandy - full of nuances. The distinctive brandy seasoned so with selected blends of spices, herbs, roots and berries, finely balanced and refined after years of experimentation with combinations and combinations of ingredients, which today translates into two unique products that you should treat yourself to taste! ! To obtain additional finesse, complexity and rounding in the taste spoils distiller us even to store more of 'Næsgaarden heather' on the rare Oloroso sherry casks.

This year, Europe's leading distillers another rally in Germany, at the International Spirits Award to Kari year's best spirits.
A taste panel judge represented bottles in a blind tasting, and an average of their character, on a 100 point scale, the basis for the overall assessment of each bottle of spirits. 86-89 points gives a silver medal with a 90-94 points assigned product gold and 95-99 points triggers 'Grand Gold'.
Everything tasted blind, and a total of 253 products were awarded medals. There's many different categories of spirits, so 11 was a so-called 'Grand Gold' medal, 104 received 'Gold' and 138 'Silver'.
There are however also named one winner among this year, nearly six hundred representatives.
