Taste Profile:
Black dense and beautiful brown foam. Tones of the particular combination of strong roasted malt varieties of coffee and a touch of mentollakrids in the nose. Amazingly light body and subtle bitter tones with cascades of coffee and chocolate palate.

Brewed:
Malt: Organic Munich, Crystal, Premium Pils, Dark Wheat, Caramünich and Carafa. Hops: Northern Brewer and Hallertauer Hersbruck.
Home-grown yeast. Spring water.

Serving Suggestions:
Enjoyed solo on a cold rainy day or in the company of oysters, the combination was poor man's diet in 1800s Ireland. Porter enjoyed by from glacial to room temperature, depending on taste.
