Style:
Hand brewed and highly velhumlet brew after Czech lager tradition.

Taste Profile:
Crisp and refreshing! Tastes so the birds are singing, we can sense clearly the carefully selected ingredients. So pure in flavor, it is a really easy drinkable beer.

Color:
Light golden

Foam:
Sparkling, robust and persistent white foam.

Odour:
Grains, malt, bread, freshly cut grass with a filigree touch of fresh hops and wet pine needles.

Taste:
The combination of the fine barley malt, which gives a soft and rounded beer and lively, refreshing hop bitterness turns into a nice dry bitterness in the aftertaste.

History:
The desire to live an easy drinkable Co2-neutral beer from pure organic ingredients was a challenge that required care and diligence - and it tasted! A rare well-balanced Danish response to a genuine Czech lager that satisfy and seduce even the most discerning palates. The generously added aroma and bitter hops gives brewed a bitter substance at about 40 IBU, more than twice the normal Danish lagers! Here there are no expenses spared!

Brewed:
Malt: Pils Organic, Eco Munich, Eco Carahell.
Hops: Pacific Hide, Pearl.
Home-grown yeast. Spring water.

Serving Suggestions:
Extremely velhumlet and yet so refreshing thirst extinguisher, also good for lunch or supper table.
