Style:

Let not spicy Christmas beer of the classic German bock family. Is a varmforgæret lagers, ie. it is fermented at 13-14 ˚ C. This gives a more pronounced fruit flavor.

Taste Profile:

A Christmas beer of only 6% alcohol, but with a wealth of flavor nuances! The lovely warm color whims in a cold time, and the rich malt flavor and generously added aroma hops makes this a serious candidate for the title of Denmark's finest Christmas beer.

Color: Light golden.

Foam: Light and delicate close foam crown.

Odour: You meet a variety of scents, especially citrus fruits and fresh apples, slightly sweet malt notes and a touch of newly harvested grain.

Taste: Pure in flavor, and without the usual muddled herbs, often in excess of Christmas beer. Fine tart fruit and a good body. Harmonious with pleasant sweetness and a delicate solid bite of hops in the aftertaste.

History: Næsgaardens bid for a not too heavy alcohol and refreshing beer to the fat Christmas fare.

Malt: Organic Pils, Caramünch, Carahell and Chocolate Malt.

Hops: Organic Pearl, Saphire and Hallertauer (flavor).

Specifications: Bottle: 500 ml. Platter: 20 l. seasonal beers, which is brewed from October to December.
