As Danes we have for the holidays spoiled by being spoiled by being able to drink specialty in which brewers have shown extra care and diligence. That is, more often, brewer's flagship, and an important factor in how we perceive and assess the overall quality of brewer's beer.

The principal issue in this beer is, of course, that they should reflect seasonal mood and match the dishes. Næsgaarden 'Easter' - is a dandy in spring lunch tables, and Næsgaarden's Christmas', with its freshness and, compared to most other Christmas beer, very moderate alcohol, the ideal companion to the often very rich Christmas parties.
