Distilled beer - 'Bierbrand' - is a German tradition. This ølsnaps distilled wheat beer in its purest form. Just wheat beer gives a unique fruity and floral taste good.
Dram best enjoyed slightly chilled. For example, as an accompaniment to lunch or an alternative to grappa with coffee after dinner.
Color: Absolutely clear.
Aroma: Fresh, light fragrance of malt and flowers. Hints of pear and honeydew melon. Soft, fruity and oily.
Taste: Fresh, fruity and clean taste with fine structure. Pear, star anise and honey melon and finally a little grain and licorice.
