Powerful Bavarian doppelbock.

Taste Profile:
Dark with soft foam crown. A touch of caramel and rich nuances of exotic fruits in the aroma. The taste is powerful, yet rounded off a soft taste of sweet caramel, dark dried fruits and brown sugar. A round of beer with great body.

History:
Originally a monastic brewery, which was popular at the Bavarian monasteries. When Winter Bock with its great tasting and filling warms, it attracts ølnyderens smile in the dark times!

Brewed:
Malt: Pilsner, Munich, Caramünich and Carafa.
Hops: Nugget, Tettnang, Hersbruck, Pacific Store, Pearl and Hallertauer Hersbruck (flavor).

Serving Suggestions:
Enjoy the easy refrigerated at 10 ˚ C, for example, for dessert, where it will fit well with fruits, ice cream and cake. Winter Bock is also an excellent 'godnatøl' or excellent companion for an exotic Asian dining. Also just great on a cold winter day.
