Style:
Fresh spring and påskeøl of the Bavarian bock-type as a monk brew originating in Bavarian monasteries. A well rounded lager with good bite.

Taste Profile:
Fresh påskeøl flavored with American hops, which give a crisp and powerful taste and wonderful aroma. The taste is rounded soft palate and with his straw golden color is a delicious drink. 0European lush taste and beer filament is well in line with the arrival of spring.

Color: Light brown

Foam: Light and fine brown foam.

Aroma: Caramel, corn, slightly sweet malt and dark fruit.

Taste: Smooth butterscotch, sour fruit, medium body. Harmonious with pleasant sweetness and a solid bite of hops in the aftertaste.

History:
Denmark's pioneering country regarding the development of seasonal beers. We wanted to develop a potent, smooth and characterful bock beer with good density, which can be drunk by all.

Malt: Premium Pils, Caramünich, Munich and Carafa.
Hops: Nugget, Tettnang, Mount Hood and Hersbruck.
