René Hulgreen, won the championship in hand brewing, the brewery decided to give him a free hand to make an IPA. As a skater was René known as "The Viking" - hence the name.

Refined singlehop (only one type of hops) India Pale Ale.

Deep dark tan. Crispy with great complexity. Amarillo hops feature, a rich floral aromas with notes of citrus are evident.

Malt: Pale Ale Malt Pilsner, Munich and Crystal.
Hops: Amarillo (single hop).

Can be enjoyed solo, like a tall order or for significantly spicy Asian dishes.
