Ølskole and tasting
From distiller production hall leads a spiral staircase up to one subscribed decks where you through the large windows overlooks both the beautiful distillery and the impressive brewery.
The room is decorated, so we can keep ølskole in authentic environments, while workflows and processes can be followed at close range.
Ølskolen will consist of a series of events where there is focus on all the spontaneous fermentation beer, American microbreweries, porter / stout, kølsch, bruin, Belgian klosterøl, barley wine, vintage beer, rye, wheat and oats beer - yes even iscider and many other exciting topics.
There is so far from the only focus of Braunstein and Næsgaardens own products.

In collaboration with Distillers Braunstein you can arrange a tailor-made tasting, where we jointly create a theme with related samples.
You will be shown around, get insight into the entire process, from farm to table, and tastes, at least, eight different types of beer during an unforgettable day or evening.
